Paul is a young, energetic, fully qualified personal trainer. He has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2000 and has been working as an exercise professional since 2003. He also has competitive experience in swimming, football, rugby, long distance running and athletics. Paul applies his training experiences as a multi-talented athlete, with the knowledge he has learned as a personal trainer to help his clients achieve their targets. Paul has a passion for health and fitness and takes huge pride in seeing all of his clients succeed in achieving their goals. Mike started in the Fitness Industry 4 years ago in 2001 at a gym in Broxbourne. In his time there he did his qualifications to become a fully qualified Personal Trainer with the YMCA. He has always had a keen interest in sport and fitness from a young age and is very enthusiastic about the industry. He has played a variety of sports e.g. football, tennis, badminton, basketball and athletics. His main sport is squash which he has played since the age of 7, and played at a county standard for Hertfordshire. In 2001 Mike gained his coaching certificate through the SRA governing body. With this qualification he then ran his own Junior coaching sessions at his local club to teach children of all ages. He is a very versatile trainer who can achieve many different goals set by his clients. | Area's of Strength
