Owen Barton

BirminghamPTPT MAXX - Find Out More Owen became a PT Maxx trainer, after qualifying as a personal trainer with Lifetime Health and Fitness training in January 2007. Before then he gained a degree in Sports Science at Worcester University focusing on Sports Coaching, Biomechanics and Advanced Training Techniques for athletes.

Owen likes to use his knowledge to keep changing his sessions keeping his clients interested and motivated.
Owen is now in the process of branching out into Strength and Conditioning.

BirminghamPTPT MAXX - Find Out More Simon became a PT Maxx trainer in November 2006. Before joining the Topnotch Team Simon had been working with fitness staff at Moseley Rugby Club, as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Simon always aims to motivate his clients, pushing them further than they thought possible, giving them self belief in their goals and within themselves. Simon uses a mix of testing but enjoyful training, from his past experiences and through being a Soldier in the Territorial Army to achieve results every time.
