| Getting Started Smart! During the first 90 days at the club all members can participate in a new members service programme tailored to meet your needs. This will ensure that you stick to a good programme and receive the relevant amount of support during the vital first 3 months of your membership. This welcome service will help to build your motivation, develop confidence that the gym is a place for you and keep you on track towards your goals. If you achieve good exercise habits during these early stages, then you’re well on the road to success!
Together Everyone Achieves More: Many people find that working out with others helps them to achieve more. Our fitness class schedule is the best in the area and taught by some wonderful instructors. Injury Prevention: Book an appointment for a postural assessment to analyse and improve your posture and check for muscle weakness and tightness. You can then be prescribed a correctional exercise programme to minimise your risk of injury and maximise your chances of achieving the results you desire. |
